How do you book us?

Are we available on your wedding date?
Click the button below to check our availability for your day. In the form, you can also ask any questions you have for us. It's always okay to upgrade your packages or add extra services closer to your wedding day.

Book us for your wedding day.
Once we have confirmed our availability for your date, you can choose to book us - we will then send an invoice for 20% of the total amount as a booking fee. The remaining balance can be paid up to 30 days before your wedding day

The months before the wedding
After you have booked us, we will share a document with you where you can fill in all the details about your wedding. We are always available to answer any questions that may arise. If you would like to have a meeting with us and meet our photographers and videographers, it is always okay and can be arranged at our studio in Barkarby, Stockholm, or via Zoom

1-2 weeks before wedding
We understand that changes can occur during the months leading up to your wedding. That's why we always conduct a final check with you about 1-2 weeks before the wedding, either via phone or in-person meeting, to confirm the timeline for the day and address any changes to the schedule
